By placing an order, customer has read and agreed to the Warranty/Return policies

Warranty

  • All products are covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty against any manufacturing defects.

  • We are not responsible for any damages occurred during installation, or resulting from improper installation.

  • Warranty claims shall be subject to repair or replacement.

  • All carbon fiber parts are clear coated. Overtime, exposure to heat and UV rays could cause the clearcoat to degrade and turn yellow. While we do everything to prevent this degradation of the clear coat, is it not covered under warranty.

  • Carbon fiber parts that are subjected to high temperatures, such as the engine bay, may experience some weave exposure on the surface. While we do everything to mediate this, it is a side effect of operating in that environment and as such is not subject to a warranty replacement.

Shipping

  • All shipments are insured. In the unlikely event your shipment gets lost in transit, we will either prepare a new order or refund you the entire order.

  • Products qualifying under USMCA are duty-free for U.S. importers when claimed with the provided Certification of Origin. Other taxes, fees, or duties may still apply depending on U.S. Customs Regulations.

  • For all other international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees assessed by the importing country.

  • The arrival dates provided for packages are estimates and may vary.

  • Estimated arrival dates do not include manufacturing time. Manufacturing times can be found at the bottom of the product description.

Returns

  • Products are eligible for return or exchange within 60 days of receiving the product

  • Returned products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee

  • International orders that are refused upon delivery may not be eligible for a refund. If a refund is issued, any duties, taxes, customs fees, and shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Engraved products are not eligible for return

  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return non defective products

  • Custom orders are not returnable

  • Once a custom order is in the process of being designed and/or manufactured, cancellation of the order may result in a cancellation fee due to labor and manufacturing costs already incurred by Code Red Custom Designs

Dispute Resolution and Chargeback Policy

We’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns, we encourage you to reach out to us directly—we’re here to help and resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, or if it’s found to be fraudulent, a non-refundable $15 administrative fee may apply to cover processing costs. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide documentation to support the validity of the transaction.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all concerns should be handled in good faith.

Code red custom designs warrants that products will be free from material and manufacturing defects for one year from date of purchase. Code red custom designs shall have no obligation under the foregoing warranty where the defect is the result of improper or incorrect installation, improper or abnormal use, the failure of the factory or aftermarket automotive structure, your negligence, vehicle accident, or if the product has be altered or repaired in any way. In the case of defective products, code red custom designs’ liability in the case of defective products shall only be subject to return, replacement, or refund at the discretion of code red custom designs. The user understands and recognizes that racing parts, and aftermarket automotive equipment are exposed to many and various conditions due to the manner in which they are installed and used. Code red custom designs shall bare no liability for any damage, loss, or injury to a property or person from the direct or indirect use of products sold by code red custom designs. Code red custom designs shall bare no liability for any claims, demands, injuries, actions or causes of action that arise from the use of products sold by code red custom designs. ALTERING A VEHICLE FROM IT’S ORIGINAL STATE HAS INHERENT RISKS; AS SUCH, NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION IS MADE AS TO PROTECT THE USER FROM DAMAGES, INJURY, OR DEATH. THE USER ASSUMES THAT RISK.
